Our tele-reporting service allows healthcare providers to submit patient cases and medical data remotely, and receive detailed diagnostic reports from our specialist team — without requiring an in-person visit. Reports are delivered digitally within an agreed turnaround time.

The service is available to licensed clinicians, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and specialist referral networks. Individual patients may also request reports through a registered healthcare provider. Contact us to set up an account if you're a new organisation.

We provide a wide range of specialist reports including radiology reads, pathology reviews.

Case submissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reporting hours depend on the service tier you have selected — standard turnaround is within 24 hours on business days, while our urgent and emergency tiers offer same-day and round-the-clock reporting.

Reports are billed per case, with pricing depending on the report type and turnaround tier selected.
